Glasco started as a single property in Woodstock, NY listed on Airbnb, the owner came to us looking to build a hospitality brand around the single home and turn the project into a brand that would span domestic and international locations.
The project kicked off with the core identity work, understanding what it meant to be a collection of luxury homes in a post-pandemic world, and how that would sit in a competitive market place and pierce through the noise.
The core identity work consisted of a developing sophisticated logo and a mark, that we knew could be representative of heritage brand rooted in modern luxury. We formed strict brand guidelines and naming hierarchies that we knew would maintain the look and feel of the brand from the single property, and scaled up to the larger Glasco brand. From there we created the website, brand book, social media and print materials that would shape the guest experience and serve as a collection of assets that would be used to market and grow the brand.
The Glaco brand was shaped through looking at five-star luxury hospitality experiences, the excitement of discovery while travel and what it meant to feel comfortable and relaxed in a home like it was your own.
We continue to do develop content, manage the brand channels and lead PR for the Glasco brand.
